Marianna C. Pontoriero, Esq.
is a graduate of Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey.
She attained her undergraduate degree in Psychology, with
honors, from Adelphi University in Long Island, New York.
She
was an outstanding high school student, winning several awards, a
Dean’s List college student who spent time working on suicide
hotlines and at shelters for battered women.
Marianna was a Dean’s List Law School graduate who went on to
work for our former Governor, James E. McGreevy, as well as the
Honorable AnthonyJ. Mellaci, Jr. in the Monmouth County Superior
Courthouse.

C. Pontoriero, Esq.
continues to achieve her goals, both personally and professionally.
She is currently active in the New Jersey Bar Association,
Young Lawyer’s Division, Family Law Committee of Ocean County,
Monmouth County Women Lawyers Association, and the Association of
Trial Lawyers of America.
Marianna also serves as an Early Settlement Panelist in Ocean
County, is qualified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as an Economic
and Divorce Mediator, and is a member of the National Registry for
Who’s Who in Executives and Professionals.
She placed in the “Top 5” for 2005 as a female business
owner in the Greater Women of Central New Jersey category, and is a
member of the National Italian American Foundation.
Marianna
has also given seminars for the Ocean County Bar Association on
Domestic Partnerships, as well as for the New Jersey Board of
Education.
She is also a Mock Trial Judge for local high school students
during their “Law Day” competition.
